RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR COMMERCIAL UNIFORM PROGRAM CUSTOMERS 

 

BANNER UNIFORM CAN ONLY REPLACE DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS. 

Items that can be returned for exchange must not be washed or worn unless defective. For all other items, all manufacturer's tags must remain in place. 

REQUESTING RETURNS / EXCHANGES 

Please note: Embroidered, screen printed, or otherwise altered items are not returnable unless defective or we made an error. Hemmed or altered garments are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect, or we made an error. 

We are unable to honor exchanges for sizes that do not fit, unless you were measured in person by a representative of Banner Uniform, or you were sent a size that is different than what you ordered. 

SHORTAGES OR INCORRECT ORDERS 

All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by phone (415-771-5593) or email (customerservice@banneruniform.com), please notify us within 7 days from delivery of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.) 

DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP 

Defects in workmanship must be presented to us by phone (415-771-5593), or email (customerservice@banneruniform.com) within 30 days of your order delivery date. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.) 

IF YOU ARE MISSING ITEMS OR THE WRONG ITEM WAS SHIPPED, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY: 

  1. SEND AN EMAIL TO customerservice@banneruniform.com and describe the nature of the problem, or 
  1. CALL US AT 415-771-5593  

 

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE, WE WILL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN THE ITEMS.
